So for example, if you work 5 hrs (300 mins) per day 5 days per week (1,500 mins) we will need you we will need you logged on and AVAILABLE 80% of the time which is 4 hrs (240 mins) per day. We understand that during 5 hours you will need potty breaks and meals so that is why we want you logged in 80% of the time.
